Craniosacral Therapy

The Craniosacral system, also known as the central nervous system, is a physiologic system that includes the head, spine, and sacrum. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive light-touch therapy that promotes balance, relaxation and alignment, soothing the central nervous system.

Reiki (Traditional Master Mikao Usui Method)

(Ray-Key), a Japanese term meaning “Universal Life Force Energy,” is present in all living creatures which nourishes them and keeps them alive. During a Reiki session the flow of energy may assist in pain control and promotion of self -healing. The flow of positive energy allows the individual to achieve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness.

3 levels of Traditional Reiki Classes are taught by Caroline Cowan RN.

• Reiki Level I - Introduction to Reiki. A Personal focus which opens the pathways to becoming a facilitator for channeling healing energy.
• Reiki Level II- Introduces symbols that are used for Absentia healing and guidelines for Practitioners are introduced.
• Reiki Level III - Master Levels receive Master Symbols and continues to open energy paths. Offering the highest attunement, the Master Level completely opens you to Reiki energy.
